...you never took the time to read what I've already posted. Why would I do it again? The fact that you have shown no curiosity using your own initiative about the integrity of the election, though, really says all that needs to be said.

I'm telling you to do your homework because you're only going to believe it if you see it for yourself. So, you can search my previous posts, and, as two additional tips, you can read the Time magazine article that came out a few weeks ago (which at least touches on what I'm referring to) and read the briefs filed by the state of Texas in its suit against Pennsylvania. That will get you started, and you can dig deeper from there.

You asked what I'm alleging. This is not complicated, nor is it in dispute. There were duly passed laws on the books to protect against election fraud. Those laws were challenged/changed/voided/ignored in the swing states by Dems, which served to facilitate fraud. There is no other reasonable explanation for what they did, especially when they are trying to defeat Literally Hitler. This is one reason why I say you have to jump through countless logical and intellectual hoops to think the election was NOT corrupted -- what would his opponents be unwilling to do to defeat Literally Hitler?

A few examples:
-- mailing out ballots to everyone when the law didn't allow it
-- extending deadlines for the receipt of mailed ballots
-- prohibiting election monitors from monitoring the election
-- voiding signature and postmark verification
-- ballot harvesting
-- curing ballots

Every single one of these actions facilitated voter fraud and some or all of them occurred in areas controlled by Democrats -- e.g., Atlanta, Philly, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Milwaukee, Maricopa, Vegas. Do they by themselves prove the elecion was stolen? No. But do you honestly expect Trump supporters to assign pure motives to what occurred? Absurd. I won't even get into the 1,000 affidavits submitted under oath and the statistical analysis showing that the probability of Biden* winning is the equivalent of hitting 5-10 blackjacks in a row in Vegas. Possible? Yes. Likely? Not even close.

To your comment about the courts: The vast majority of court cases were 1) in front of Dem judges and 2) thrown out based on laches/standing issues and/or denied because of the remedy requested. The USSC refused to hear the TX vs. PA case without giving any reason at all. Some cases are still pending. So, overall, the courts cases did not get to the merits except in a few situations.

Additionally, how is anyone supposed to prove fraud PRIOR to going to court when ballots are unverifiable to begin with and no access to them is provided? It's ridiculous to say that Trump needed to prove election fraud beyond a reasonable doubt before he could even have his case heard by a court, use subpoena power, conduct discovery/depositions, etc.

Regardless, it doesn't matter if the courts threw them out. That has no bearing on whether the election was corrupt. You say the courts are the "final arbiter", and that is correct in the sense that they have the final say in the LEGAL outcome of a case, but they are not the final arbiter on truth, nor did they necessarily decide the cases correctly. Easy test case to prove the point: Was O.J. Simpson innocent or guilty?

To sum up:

Motive: Defeating Literally Hitler -- there's never been a stronger motive.

Means: Election safeguards voided in multiple areas in multiple ways

Opportunity: Dem-controlled cities overseeing corrupted election process with little or no oversight and no chance of getting caught/punished

Other evidence circumstantial or otherwise:
-- 1,000+ affidavits
-- overwhelming statistical analysis
-- ludicrous cessation of vote-counting on election night in these exact cities at the exact same time with the exact same results pre- and post-shutdown.
-- significant decline in rejection rates for mail-in ballots relative to previous elections despite the fact that the opposite would have been expected to occur given the massive increase in vote-by-mail

None of the above proves that the election was stolen, but it does mean we'll never know what really happened. You can believe whatever you want, but don't say there's no case to be made that you might be wrong.
